Hello, I’m Eustache

I’m a 43year-old man living in Rwanda, and I believe that a good relationship is built on respect, honesty, and shared effort. If you’re looking for someone real, grounded, and serious about building something lasting, I hope you’ll take a minute to read this.

I’ve spent the last 12 years working in construction, and for the past 2 years I’ve also been handling site safety as an HSE officer. That work has taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, and paying attention to the small details that keep people safe. I’m the kind of person who shows up on time, keeps my word, and doesn’t shy away from hard work. I believe those same qualities matter in a relationship.

I’m not here for games or quick chats that go nowhere. I’m looking for a genuine connection with a woman between 35 and 60 who knows what she wants and values loyalty. I respect a woman who is independent, kind, and has her own goals in life. For me, age is just a number - what matters is maturity, sincerity, and the ability to communicate openly.

Who I am day to day:
I’m calm, easygoing, and I don’t raise my voice to solve problems. I enjoy quiet evenings, good conversations, and planning for the future. I’m not a heavy drinker and I don’t smoke. My family and personal growth are important to me, and I’m currently working on advancing my career in health and safety through professional training where I have hope in future once I get support to graduate in 15 months ibelieve a man should always be improving himself, not just for his own sake, but for the people he cares about.

Honesty comes first. I want someone I can talk to about anything, even the difficult things. I appreciate a woman with a sense of humor, someone who can laugh with me after a long day. I also value respect - for each other’s time, boundaries, and families. I’m not interested in someone who is looking for money because I don't have or shortcuts. I’m building my life step by step, and I want a partner who is willing to walk beside me, not ahead or behind.
